If you can complete Intermediate sessions with full control and no modifications, you're ready. Comfort with slow tempo lifting and breath control is key.
These sessions are designed for healthy, conditioned bodies. If you have an existing injury please consult your physio before attempting Advanced content.
Two to three times per week is ideal. Always pair with a Recovery session the following day to prevent overtraining.
