Absolutely. Every class in this category assumes zero prior experience. Leena walks you through every movement and offers simpler alternatives throughout.
Most sessions run between 15 and 30 minutes — intentionally short so they fit into a busy day and don't feel daunting.
No equipment is required for beginner classes. A yoga mat is helpful but not essential — a carpeted floor works just as well.
Progress looks different for everyone. We recommend staying in the Beginner category for at least 4 weeks before moving on, but trust how your body feels.
