Yes. SOMA sessions are available at all levels. Beginners should start with SOMA Foundation classes before progressing to SOMA Flow or SOMA Deep.
Where Strength or Pilates target specific physical outcomes, SOMA sessions are holistic. They blend elements of both alongside breathwork and somatic awareness for a complete experience.
Three to five sessions per week is ideal. Because they are inherently restorative as well as strengthening, they can be practised more frequently than pure strength training.
